Multiple-US Brands Sharing a Global Checkout

Cosori and its subsidiary brands, Levoit and Etekcity, are experts in homeware and appliances. During this transformation, the aim was to bring the brands closer to allow for the shopping across brands and brand experiences, whilst sharing a single cart and checkout for simplicity. A modern UX was required for the DTC on the frontend, whilst having the ability to report and track performance of each brand individually. 

This hub-and-spoke model provided the flexibility for the brands to remain unique, have their own content, and to internationalise themselves for long-term competitive success. 

Through a discovery process involving third-party vendor selection and composable analysis, Cosori were delivered an intelligent ecosystem of modern tools and scalable workflows. Through the data-driven approach to this project, the appliance brand was equipped to scaleable and pivot in an ever-changing competitive landscape. 

If Cosori were to make future acquisitions into other homeware brands, the ecosystem and architecture would support the ability to add a fourth brand and beyond to their stack seamlessly through our headless approach to a hub-and-spoke stack.
