Codal explores the future of retail at Shoptalk 2022 in Las Vegas

For the first time since the breakout of COVID-19, thousands of retail industry leaders traveled to the annual Shoptalk conference in fabulous Las Vegas. The Codal team was delighted to meet—in person—with business executives across a wide range of retail niches to discuss new trends and technologies that are transforming the industry.

When we weren’t chatting with folks at our booth, we were attending networking events like the Whiteout Beach Party—headlined by the legendary Flo Rida. Nothing like having a drink by the pool, soaking up the sun, and dancing with strangers in between meetings!

Codal made a lot of great connections at Shoptalk, and we’re looking forward to seeing how those professional relationships blossom over the next few months. We also got to spend time with our friends at Shopify and BigCommerce, who we’ve worked closely with for years, and have collaborated with on many UX design and development projects.

Codal is a Certified Shopify Plus Partner and an Elite BigCommerce Partner. Recently, at BigCommerce’s 2021 Annual Partner Awards, we won Agency Partner of the Year and the award for Best User Experience & Design. While we like to stay humble, it felt good to show off these accomplishments when talking shop in Vegas.

We can’t say enough good things about our trip to Shoptalk this past weekend. Our team had dozens of conversations with business owners and other industry experts about how retail brands are changing, what innovative technologies are driving those changes, and what the future of eCommerce looks like.
