BigCommerce, Buy with Prime, and Codal network with online retailers in Las Vegas during Shoptalk 2023

The Shoptalk conference in Las Vegas is an opportunity for merchants to learn about new trends and technologies that are currently transforming the eCommerce landscape. Each year, Codal’s leadership team attends the show to share insights and experiences around digital innovations that have helped our clients solve inefficiencies, strengthen customer engagement, and better compete in the online retail space.

For the 2023 show, Codal co-hosted an après-ski inspired event with our partners BigCommerce and Buy with Prime. Our experts gathered with retail business leaders at a cozy ski lodge located right on the strip to—like the skiers of the French alps—eat, drink, and unwind after a long day on their feet.

At our “High-Altitude Party in the Desert,” retailers mingled with eCommerce experts and leading technology providers, chatting about strategies and solutions for:

  • Meeting the ever-changing expectations of today’s online shoppers.
  • Optimizing conversions, reducing cart abandonment, and increasing customer retention.
  • Lowering the total cost of ownership for eCommerce tools and services.
  • Streamlining the order fulfillment process.
  • Achieving a truly personalized, omni-channel customer experience.

Codal also partners with Buy with Prime, an integration that gives online shoppers the ability to use their Amazon Prime account when purchasing products on a retailer’s site—allowing the merchant to streamline both their checkout and order fulfillment process. Codal helps merchants install the Buy with Prime experience and drive more traffic to their checkout page via modern, data-driven UX/UI design.
