Will is Codal's Design Director. Based in Chicago, he's our go to expert when it comes to UX and UI design.
Will has more than 20 years of experience designing product and now spend his time using the same method to design and manage product teams. Will is a researcher by training and holds a good old-fashioned Liberal Arts degree from the University of Michigan as well as a Masters in User Experience Design from DePaul University. He thinks that empathy is the key to a better outcome - in user-centered design and beyond.
